The ongoing trend of urbanization, in Germany and the Netherlands, has a lasting impact on people's mobility behavior. More important are the variety of flexible mobility services and the improved / simplified access to mobility.
Car ownership is losing importance, and companies in particular are facing the challenge of reorganizing their occupational mobility management. The "SHAREuregio" project follows the development and integration of a flexible electromobile car and bike sharing system for the cities of Venlo, Roermond, greater Mönchengladbach and Viersen.
In this context, it is important to initiate a workshop early on in the project, which inquires about the need for (innovative) mobility in companies and thus further advances the concept of flexshare. With the help of methods such as "Design Thinking" possible solutions are developed in the m2c Lab.
